Thank you to all of you who were able to go to Gadsden this pass weekend and represent our chorus in the Dixie District Spring convention and contest. You represented us well and should be proud of your performance!

We did manage to improve our score by ONE point from a year ago. While that may seem insignificant I assure you it isn't. It did seem that this panel scored lower than some and I know that you ARE singing better! (Plus, we didn't drop in score)

What do we do now? As I said last Thursday, this past weekend was just another step in us improving. We are on a journey to be the best that WE can be, and this past weekend gave us a small barometer by whice we can use to give us some kind of measurement. WE can keep focusing on what "I" can do as an individual to make "us" better. We'll talk about this aspect more going forward.

The board will be meeting Monday, Mar. 20, and will be discussing some exciting plans for our future.

I'm glad that YOU are going to be a part of it! I'll see you Thursday. Jimmy
