From The Prez

Well, the bad news is we’ve lost Roads Scholars for the remainder of the year. We could use a few performances to replace what we’ve lost, so share your ideas with Pete if you know a venue that we could entertain at.

The good news is that the A/C is again functioning at Ponder’s so we may not need to move after all. And we are returning to Ponder’s this Thursday night, usual time. If you can, come a little early to help set the risers back up prior to rehearsal. Many thanks.

Hope everyone is planning to attend Fall Contest the latter part of September in Oxford, Alabama! It’s a great hall to sing in and many hotel rooms are available. Until next time, KTTWS! SteveG

My Favorite Lookouts Sing Out

I was surprised at the response at the Lookout's sing out when I asked if anyone remembered the sing out where we entertained people stuck in the food court waiting for the rain to stop so the game could begin. I looked at the photos below of the event (Lookouts 2015 playoff game) with Chuck directing and only Jack and myself sang then and now. Several of those singing then have moved on or did not sing that Friday which explains why it wasn't remembered. The Lookouts expressed their thanks for our spontaneous pregame entertainment that moved along the food court.
