The Choo Choo Chorus has been singing in Chattanooga since 1962. We've gone through a couple of name changes since then, but we have always enjoyed spreading the joy of music in the Chattanooga community. Recently we have been affected by the Brainerd floods and have lost our rehearsal home. We are actively looking for a new permanent place to rehears and sing the still allows us to bring music to our community and joy to our community of members.
Over the last 7 years, the Choo Choo Chorus has donated $28,000 to the Candlelighters from the proceeds of our Christmas shows. The Candleighters provide emotional, educational, and practical support to families of children with cancer. They offer assistance with fianancial aid, food, fuel, and parent support groups.
