The Choo Choo Chorus Meets The Chattanooga Ski Club!
o We have a great Quartet ready to sing at 7 pm on Tuesday November 1 for the monthly meeting of The Chattanooga Ski Club. 7742 Three Notch Road, Ringgold, Ga, Flat Duck Farm. A Big Thanks to Chuck, David, Jimmy and Paul for singing!
o We plan to invite them to our upcoming show at North River Civic Center on Friday November 18. Hard copies of the poster for that show will be available.
o This is also a chance to recruit new members. We will offer full size mailer copies to prospects. Their membership is 350 with at least half guys. There may be 50 members attending Tuesday.
o They will likely ask us to provide a Caroling Quartet for their Christmas Party, December 6. This will be an extra chance to sell tickets for our own Show at Ringgold.
o Anyone who wants to come hear our guys sing next Tuesday is welcome. Ski Club members usually arrive at 6 with their own food and drinks for a social hour.
o In addition to 4 ski trips, a number of fun activities are offered year round, including outings for bicycling, hiking, floating down the Hiawassee and a big lake party each July. They also go out to a good, modestly priced restaurant for dinner monthly. Rich
